Delete Data Instructions for FindGuide Mobile App

To initiate the deletion of your account data on our mobile app, FindGuide, please follow these steps:

1. Access the Profile Page
   Open the FindGuide app on your mobile device and navigate to the 'Profile' page. You can do this by tapping on your profile icon in the bottom right corner of the app.
2. Initiate Deletion
   On the 'Profile' page, tap on the 'Delete Profile' button. Confirm your decision when prompted.

OR

Alternatively, you can send an email to care@find.guide requesting the deletion of your account. Please include the email or phone number associated with your account in the email.

What Data We Delete:

We will delete all personal information associated with your account, including your email address, phone number, and any other personal information stored in your profile.

Deletion Timeline:

Please note that it may take up to 30 days for all of your data to be completely removed from our systems.
